1n 1991 Bryan's teaching career began in the form of theatre classes for teens at Raleigh's acclaimed Theatre in the Park, one of many theatrical homes as a singing actor. His passion for the stage and the voice was contagious and a lifetime of teaching began, including over a decade in Manhattan, where his compositions and writing, teaching and singing flourished. Having expanded to all mediums; opera, musical theatre, singer songwriter, pop, etc, Bryan gained membership in the exclusive New York Singing Teacher's Association (NYSTA) and prides himself on being able to connect intuitively to his students, help them discover, release and ultimately free their true voice. Currently residing in Wilmington, NC, the birth town of his musicals, mannekin, The ToyMaker, Trouble in Shameland, and Blue Velvet, Bryan is helping to make a difference in the music community, improving voices, morale and confidence in each of the performers he works with privately. Vocal workshops in surrounding states have begun and Bryan is actively performing with other area singers in cabaret and solo performances.

"Bryan is a pro not only at the art of singing but also at listening to how his students are singing and training them how to hone their own skills. I have learned more about the voice, my own voice, and how to sing than I ever could have imagined when I signed up for lessons. His teaching and communication abilities are as incredible as his musical talents!" - Thumbtack Review
